Cham LeANG
Senior Partner
Cham Leang, of Northern Virginia, part of Washington D.C, is a Senior Program Manager with over 18 years' experience in Cloud and IT Disciplines with proven history of success through innvating, driving, and influencing teams to realize performance goals. He has served on various advisory boards and executive roles in several national organizations. His exerptise in accessibility technologies and process to improve the organization's capabilities. Cham also consults various organizations to improve their strategic goals to ensure they can capture in their current landscape while aligns with environmental impacts. Cham delivers the innovate work within multi-level engineering programs, including a full range of complex cloud, cyber, network, security, and systems designs encompassing multiple technologies and performing a full range of upgrades to the existing architecture. He also leverages use Artificial Intelligence Platforms to help with improvement of analysis and process.
Sam Sepah
Senior Partner
Sam Sepah, of Northern California, has been a leader in organization management and accessibility technology for the last 17 years. At Google, he drives innovations in accessibility technologies and maintains research portfolios that are global in scale. Most importantly, he elevates product experiences for users with Deafness and other disabilities, bringing equity and an increase in quality of life to Google's consumers. A tireless evangelist, Sam was instrumental in influencing Google to make products more inclusive. You can see the results of his impact on the following products and platforms: Android, Chrome, DayDream VR, Waymo, Google Glasses and YouTube.
Sam is equally effective in the workforce management domain. He has worked for such well-known organizations as Google, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), GE-NBC Universal, Siemens, Sprint, and Apple. Throughout his career, he has advised hundreds of managers and executives. Sam was recognized as a Culturally Deaf Human Resources leader for Fortune 500 companies. He is also known as an expert on advocating employment rights for underrepresented workers, especially for the deaf and hard of hearing population.
